Basically the authors suggest that many organisations suffer from a type of Zombie virus, continuing to spend time and money on leadership practices that simply don't work. Obvious examples may include: 360 assessments, annual performance appraisals, leadership training programmes, MBA's, engagement surveys, personality tests and ignoring AI.
