We validated our hypothesis with The GC Index®, which measures how people and teams make their best impact.

Our research shows that teams with more balanced team profiles generate higher organisation energy scores than teams with unbalanced profiles.

The correlation between team proclivity balance and organisation energy is a high 0.95.

The slope of the correlation is 1.5 - close to the golden ratio of 1.618, the system's phi point. This point is reached when the Organisation Energy score is 73.5%.

The phi point is where these forces of new energy, entropy and evolution are in dynamic harmony — where leadership creates the maximum lift with the minimum wasted energy.
