John Raddall
John Raddall founded Quanta Consulting in 1993 after serving as Strategy Director at an international consultancy. A relentless innovator, he is passionate about helping organisations achieve the extraordinary by challenging convention and creating new ways to drive performance.
He is the architect of Quanta’s Organisation Energy Assessment™, 360° Assessment Profile™ (with fuzzy logic), and Energy Fractal Methodology™, practical, science-based tools for measuring and transforming organisational behaviour and performance.
Over three decades, John has worked with Boards and C-suite leaders worldwide, designing leadership programmes for the Bidvest Leadership Academy, Katz Business School, and global clients. A prolific writer and speaker, he shares his insights internationally, including at TEDx Prague, inspiring leaders through his engaging, innovative approach to redefining what’s possible.
Michelle Hoffman
Michelle joined Quanta Consulting in 1995, bringing a rare blend of technical expertise and people insight. She spent nine years in the IT division of an international company, where she trained leaders at all levels and developed a passion for helping people grow.
At Quanta, she turned John’s innovative ideas into reality, co-designing and developing Quanta’s Assessment Tools™ and Energy Fractal Methodology™.
For nearly three decades, Michelle has worked passionately with leaders and teams to unlock potential through Quanta’s high-energy tools and programmes. She combines Quanta’s proprietary methodologies with The GC Index® and LEGO® Serious Play® in innovative, engaging, and fun ways - creating a uniquely powerful approach to building energy, alignment, and sustainable transformation across organisations.

Maria Biquet
Maria Biquet is an experienced Business Consultant and Executive Coach, from Athens Greece.
She has worked in multinational companies and Banks in senior marketing roles and has established new Banks in the market. She works as an Executive Coach and Consultant with senior executives and teams in Europe, the Us and Asia. Her main focus is on supporting people to increase their energy level and performance and leverage their unique strengths.
She also delivers trainings to senior leaders and is a lecturer at the Oxford Brookes University in the MSc in Human Resources – Learning and Development.
She holds an MBA-International Marketing from Sunderland University – UK, a BA in Literature and Linguistics from the University of Athens – GR and a MSc in Cognitive Neuropsychology. EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner Coach and Senior Researcher on Ethics.
She works in English and French.
